Returns & Refunds
At Papier Monde, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your products.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Note: Customized or personalized items (including engraved stamps or printed calendars) cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to request a return authorization
- Ship your return to the address we provide (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Products marked as "final sale"
- Damaged items due to customer misuse
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement (if available) or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently only process exchanges for defective or wrong items shipped. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

- Contact your credit card company
